Squash in olive oil

Ingredients
Medium-size squashes sliced lengthwise
Oil to grease the pan (any amount)
Dried tomatoes (one for each squash slice)
Laminated garlic
Rose pepper
Dried oregano
250 ml of olive oil, approximately
Salt or a ready seasoning to sprinkle the squashes

Preparation
On a hot plate or frying pan greased with oil, broil the squash slices and reserve them. For the stuffing, place a dried tomato on the tip of each squash slice, roll it and attach it with a toothpick. Spread the rolls on a refractory plate and add garlic, rose pepper and oregano, covering with olive oil.
